Wonderful
Very stylish with a Greek theme throughout. The pool is a great oasis in the middle of the city.
There was a water beetle in our room, but the staff quickly captured it when notified.

What was the highlight of Arco Phuket Town
Arco is a stunning, comfortable boutique hotel where the staff will win your hearts!
Breakfast was really good - simple choices from a la carte menu but delicious. Our favourite were the poached eggs with salmon & avocado and pancakes for my daughter! In particular would like to mention Aom who was on duty at breakfast - she was so lovely & attentive. Reception staff also very helpful to guide you in the right direction from locations, recommendations to what is happening around the area. Our daughter was unwell one of the nights (maybe sunstroke?) and thanks to the night team and night housekeeping who helped us clean up the mess in an efficient and caring manner around 2am! They were amazing! On our 2nd day at the hotel we were given a complimentary snack goodies bag for the beach - it was so sweet! We had also planned a day trip on speedboat to visit the islands of Phi Phi etc and it got delayed by a day due to our daughter being unwell. However, as our daughter was better the next day we carried on. The hotel gave us a complimentary goody bag (again!) with snacks and a few medical items to help my daughter (so caring) and allowed us to use their hotel pool towels (on condition we return them to the hotel at the end of the day, of course!). We also got a very thoughtful note from the Manager Tom which we appreciated and a lovely message from housekeeping Pla and Kab on our last day! As much as the hotel aesthetics are amazing and indeed as instagram worthy as the other reviews mentioned, the winning point for Arco hotel is their amazing staff and team! They made us feel welcome without being too much in our face and we could feel the Thai hospitality with a modern twist. Location - we were happy with as it was walking distance into the heart of Old Phuket town with lovely quaint shops, restaurants & trendy cafes and plenty of massage parlours -Decare was a good find!
We had room no. 331, we were on the 3rd floor and our room didnt have the best view from balcony. However, we were not in the room for very long so it was fine. At night we could hear the noise from the street below. Pool area could have been more spacious to accomodate more guests but nonetheless it was still lovely.

New and clean hotel
Very good location close to main streets of the old town, spacious rooms, good view from the clock tower room.
Breakfast is just average, so it's better to get it elsewhere. The pool is nice but there is construction site just nearby. Also, the location is a bit noisy – a busy street is right in front of the building.
